Thank You for your reply.  I had already read cramfs.txt file.  But i did not go through README file.  I have read it now. :-)  Thanks again....

You can fint what you want in :
 * Documentation/filesystem/cramfs.txt
 * fs/cramfs/README
and how to make a cramfs : mkcramfs

[clucas@oma filesystems]$ mkcramfs -h
Usage: 'mkcramfs dirname outfile'
 where <dirname> is the root of the
 filesystem to be compressed.
[clucas@oma filesystems]$
