dependencies

When I compile kernel 2.4.19-pre8
It give 20+ 'Circular'
On asm/bitops.h linux/bitops.h, it is probably because they mutually include
each other.
In the comment in asm/bitops.h I can see that the author know they are
mutually included, but solves this by #ifdef guards.

Now is there some precompiled directives you can set, so that these
dependencies aren't set.
