Collect Flow Stats: libmnl vs libnetfilter-conntrack

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello All,

I am trying to write a user-space application to collect flow
information. I was looking at netfilter's user-space libraries. I read
the code and compiled/tested libmnl example: nfct-daemon.c. It is an
excellent starting point for my application. However,
libnetfilter_conntrack examples look similar. May I please know the
difference between the two libraries? Is libnetfilter_conntrack a
conntrack implementation on top of libmnl?

Thanks,
Kane
