Well if there are more routers in between, the short answer becomes:
 
All routers in between the two end points need to know the routes to both end points.

no, the VLANs are not connected to the same router...the vlan router for
192.168.206.1 is 192.168.206.14
the router is Cisco...
yes, i will take your valuable advice...
