well, documentation can actually be written by any user who has managed
to successfully use the particular to-be-documented software.

So every (power-)user is a potential candidate for
writing/maintaining/updating documentation.  Patches against the
XML/SGLM master documents in the 'documentation' subtree of
svn.netfilter.org are _always_ welcome.
