error/overflow?

Hi all...

I'm noticing with 74k + messages in my mhonarc archive that $MSGNUM$ is 
not accurate when I use it in a rcfile (to create a sql script to 
provide a basic subject/author search function).

<LiTemplate>
$MSGNUM$
$FROMNAME$
$SUBJECTNA$
$YYYYMMDD$
</LiTemplate>

Is the relevant portion of the rcfile.  However, after it runs, I can 
"grep msg000001 maillist.html | wc -l" and get a very wrong number, like 
73.  Actual file names generated are OK, as are links created by 
$SUBJECT$, etc.

Any suggestions?

I'm using Mhonarc 2.6.10/Perl 5.008004 on Debian/PPC (iMac).
