for MacPerl5 I think that manual installation of version 2.0.6 Mhonarc
is best.

first, Copy files in the lib directory to the library location you
desire.
in the lib directory there is the Mhonarc directory that countains:
Char (directory that countains JP.pm and KR.pm files)
Char.pm (file)
CharEnt (directory that countains 28 files)
CharEnt.pm (file)
CharMaps.pm (file)
Encode.pm (file)
RFC822.pm (file)
UTF8 (directory that countains 58 files)
UTF8.pm (file)
what is library location ? any directory ?

Copy the program files to the location you want them installed.
