The contacts are stored in an evolution database (hence the evolution data server mention in some places in maemo.org).

The databases are at /home/user/.osso-abook/db
Now I just need to learn how to dump this to a file. Just for fun... =)
I searched a bit more and I'll probably use Mail for Exchange application to interact with Google Sync.
