Kevin, you may have legacy pricing because it now appears from the ATT www site that it is $30/month for the "Data Connect" service. Do you actually get bit rates above 100kbps in your location? I suspect that the ATT service, similar to Verizon Wireless's service, will automatically downhift to GPRS/Edge bit rates (on Verizon Wireless's network it is referred to as 1xRTT).
