Nick Just as another data point... I can use either DUN or PAN through an ATT tilt. You do have to hard-reset the phone as soon as you get it and hit the reset button when it says something like "installing additional sowftware" since it is apparently installing something to disable DUN. I am using the tethering plan fwiw.
