I had a palm.  I found the memo feature the most useful for my TODO 
list.  Except for the limited number of categories and the inability to 
put items in multiple categories, it worked fine.

Reordering the list was necessary.

It's not even that -- a serious project management tool has a way to 
identify which items have to wait on which other items.  That and 
estimates of the resources and time needed for an action have been 
around in project management since the 60's, at least.  I remember such 
a sustem running on an IBM 1620 -- a machine with 20K digits of memory.

With or without a stylus, it's still a two-handed operation, so you need 
a grocery cart and not a basket.
