For the VDR files,the audio stream info is contained in the info.vdr
IIRC. For DVDs, parsing lsdvd (if available) could provide the info.

Then, some "-aid list" and "-aid <id>" support could be added;
defaulting to the first audio track which is found, and always
explicitly passing -aid to mencoder.

This'd've fixed Brad's DVD problem, and should help towards Luca's.
