My N800 has suffered from bug 1069 (Touchpad loss of pressure
sensitivity)* for pretty much it's whole life: The screen has been
replaced once but this was only a temporary fix, as after two months the
right hand side of the screen was again more like a stab-screen than a
touch-screen... I was going to take the device to maintenance again on
monday.

I decided to install 4.2007.26-8 yesterday and the problem miraculously
disappeared... the whole touch screen is very sensitive again.
