Hi, We did a lot of SWAP testing before releasing it in IT-2006 and this kind of behavior would not escape us. Though memory cards with 1GB were just starting to appear at that time. If you could reproduce it on a stock IT-2006 then we would be happy to hear from you in bugzilla. Another possible cause could be some external app. Especially 3rd party applets are frequent problem, because they are written specially for this platform making the code immature and they are more difficult to profile and debug properly.
