could you run lvmdiskscan in debug mode?

cool, i believe securepath devices do not appear in /proc/partitions?
yes, that's true.
if that's the case i'd switch to lvm2

ok, i will give it a try.



p.s. HP told me LINUX-LVM is not stable enough to use it. what do you thing about that?
