I very much doubt that 0x4C is the only supported address. There are
literally a dozen places in the datasheet which indicates that the
address is programmable, starting with the product description itself:
"±1°C TEMPERATURE SENSOR with (...) and Programmable Addressing". And
you wouldn't put 2 addressing pins on a chip with a fixed address.
