VT8251 - call for testers

Hello all,

I finally obtained specs for VT8251 SMBus, I will create the patch later today, 
In the meanwhile, if there are any owners of VT8251 southbrige around, please 
speak up ;) (for impatient, enough would be to change the PCI ID in the driver)
