Dear Sirs, I happened to have that Asus chip (AS99127F). I've noticed the note about 'fans stopping under high server loads' while reading the docs of kernel driver w83781d.o, known problem section. I just want to inform you, that exactly the same happens under Micro$oft Windows, ASUS hardware monitoring software called "ASUS PC Probe", to be exact. They're stopping once a few hours for approximately 3 seconds. The mainboards are ASUS CUSL2-C (I have 2 of them) and newer TUSL2-C (two, too). Same results in every case. So, this is probably a hardware bug. Regards, Marcin Pilch
