Hi Greg,

All of them are the same model (AC2726), device ID is 19d2:fff1. Moving just
that one line fixes my problem.
Given that fixing this would be good to have, can you send a patch that
moves the id between drivers?
IIRC the AC2726 had some kind of quirk too (sendsetup?) so we have to
make sure that's resurrected when moved back.

Dan, Greg,

I am looking at 3.9 sources and there are no quirks defined for AC2726.
There is also an error in the device ID definition in 3.9 sources - ZTE_PRODUCT_AC2726 is defined as 0xFFF5, but this modem has that ID only in zero-CD mode. After usb-modeswitch does its magic, the ID changes to 0xFFF1. This appears to be fixed in zte_ev, but there are no symbolic constants for those IDs defined.
I will post the patch shortly.

There's still another issue with AC2726: the diagnostic serial port works fine in Windows but not in Linux - neither with option nor with zte_ev. I'm having one of those modems shipped to me and I'll do my best to have it working
properly.
