No problem. Reading more of the doc after I posted I found the paragraph on 
"set ep1 as 512B in the descriptor to be USB2 compliant, but keep in mind to 
only write 64B max". So I didn't do my homework before posting (...three 
times) anyway.

Actually, I wrote a userland driver for it (windows-only official support), so 
I can answer: it is used (or "they are used", because it needs both 0x1 and 
0x81). 0x82 is used afterward. Other endpoints have no use AFAICT.
