I actually had a report from someone else that SuperSpeed reset endpoint
handling doesn't actually reset the sequence number.  Can Pratyush
recompile his Linux host side kernel with CONFIG_USB_DEBUG and
CONFIG_USB_XHCI_HCD_DEBUGGING and send me the dmesg?
