I think the host controller is not initialized properly in this case.
Have you tried any other USB3.0 controllers?

I would gladly try different controllers but I don't have any other. I found couple of bugs on Ubuntu Launchpad system with exact same error messages from xhci but related to different controlers.

Do you have any idea how to solve this issue?
