Now I can confirm the device works via wwan-interface with ipv6 too. In detail: ipv6 works in 3G-mode. (umts/hspa) My problem was: I am more and more surrounded by LTE, and I was not able to force the device to register to the right network. LTE and IPv6 seems to be a new topic, not for the linux-driver, but for the mobileproviders.
