Hi Gerhard,
   Sorry for the last reply i accidental clicked the wrong button. I
found out that you are using Cando Touchscreen. I am attaching the
driver which  found out. Try to compile it, i am not sure you are able
to use it because neither your dmesg log or your lsusb -v log detects
your Cando touchscreen. Try it though. I am giving you the website
link, i hope that will be helpful. If you have done the search
regarding this topic, i am sorry to repeat it again. I am not great at
analyzing the usbmon log, i will give it a try though but before me,
Alan sir will decode it. :).  Here is the ubuntu driver link for cando
