dwc_otg driver came from synopsys (html files included). We do have
permission to release it.
However we've had nothing but trouble from it, so if there are any
alternatives we'd be interested.

Mainlining the Raspberry Pi kernel patches isn't something we have any
experience of, and are hoping someone from the community will help.
