Hmm. My copy of the BOT spec (admittedly very old) says that the host
"shall" issue a request with wLength=1. So I think testing that the
device rejects an invalid request from the host can be construed as
valid. It does fail the "be strict in what you send, and lenient in
what you receive" principle, though. But I have no strong objection
to the test.

But if you feel strongly about it, I can rerun the test and send you
the test report.
