Yes, only the qcserial patch, as that's the right driver for Gobi
devices.  Make sure you do the patch in the right format too, ie make
sure that lines don't get wrapped (use the "preformatted" setting in
your mail client), and make sure you include your Signed-off-by: <your
name and email> right before the patch actually starts.  Otherwise
you'll just get a reject until you do.
