For your information, I got 2 other different usb flash drives, RiDATA HD7 USB3.0 16GB and IO DATA TB-CXT Series USB 3.0 16GB (ToteBag). And plus 2 previous flash drives: Transcend USB Flash 8G USB3.0 (TS8GJF700) and ADATA USB Flash 8G USB3.0(S102), these 4 devices has high speed after reboot with coldplug all. But there is no problem under windows7 by coldplug. Maybe there are still some issues in xhci driver, or maybe the chipset inside these 4 drives are the same and have compatibility issue with NEC host controller? Attachment is the dmesg with patch in mail "sbcore: refine warm reset logic" and test.patch in mail "Coldplug problem with USB3 device".
