There are instructions for testing patches on top of the official Debian
kernel packages at
<http://kernel-handbook.alioth.debian.org/ch-common-tasks.html#s-common-official>.  We usually ask users to follow these.

If you think it's necessary to provide binary packages, I assume these
should be based on our latest package of 2.6.39 and for x86 only?
