You can get most of it from /proc/bus/usb/devices, if that file exists.

However it doesn't matter what Android has.  I want to know what 
happens when you attach the gadget and then run "lsusb -v" on the host 
-- not on the gadget.

This all depends on how the gadget is written.  Judging by your 
description, the gadget is not part of the standard kernel 
distribution, or it has been modified for use with Android.  If that's 
the case, I can only guess at how it's meant to work.

And I can't guess without some guiding information.
