This patch is only porting ENE  _SD_  card related codes from keucr to
drivers/usb/storage/ by using USB common codes of the later.
However, I have only SD card slot on my device which uses ENE UB6250,
that's why can only move SD card related codes to
drivers/usb/storage/, but the SM/MS card codes still stay in keucr.
And will generate a new patch to remove SD card related code in keucr soon.
