That's correct, on this m/b the NEC USB3 controller shares an interrupt
with a uhci_usb controller and the i915 graphics controller.

The config was for the Gigabyte GA-H55M-USB3.  Here's the output of
lspci -v.  Note the three devices sharing IRQ 16.
