Question about Protocol code in f_acm.c

Hello All,

Does anyone have details/reasoning on the following:

Why the protocol code is set 00 in IAD and it's set
to 01 in ACM control interface descriptor in f_acm.c file?
Shouldn't IAD be the same as in ACM control interface descriptor?

Due to this in windows, we are unable to install the modem(ACM)
driver based on class-subclass-protocol matching.
The windows compatible IDs is showing the IAD class-subclass-protocol
codes for ACM.

Regards
