[PATCH] Add pseudo modem without AT command capabilities

This patch enable to drive electronic gadgets like pseudo modem based
on microcontrolers. Theire Interface descriptor is like this:
     bInterfaceClass         2 Communications
     bInterfaceSubClass      2 Abstract (modem)
     bInterfaceProtocol      0 None

I think it would be interesting to manage this kind of peripheral. We
should not specify "1 AT-commands (v.25ter)" when the peripheral do not
support AT commands.
