Libusb: Usbfs vs Sysfs

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,
We are getting issue regarding File System usage via Libusb1.0
Libusb uses either usbfs and sysfs to scan a device.
Mentioned below are my queries:
1. Which one i have to prefer i.e. usbfs or sysfs
2. Why usbfs is required as most of the information is provided by sysfs?
3. Does usbfs internally uses sysfs?
4. Is there any timing issues using sysfs?

Please reply ASAP

Thanks
Sandeep
