Is it correct to say that long-term-support Linux distributions, such
as RHEL, SLES and Ubuntu LTS, are not good choices where there is a
need to attach a variety of USB peripherals? Or do the OS vendors work
with the driver developers to back-port these updates that are
sometimes necessary?
