this is different from what I've seen. So it's a different problem. Can
you get some debugging messages out of that ?

enable debugging messages for musb on Kconfig and:

echo 5 > /sys/modules/musb_hdrc/parameters/debug

then:

echo 8 > /proc/sysrq-trigger

then reproduce the problem and get the messages that come before the
oops.
