Yes, 2.6.31.5 should support your xhci host controller.

That link contains all of the patches that are already in 2.6.31.5, with
the exception that 2.6.31.5 contains more fixes since then.

So please try 2.6.31.5 first, if that does not work properly, please let
us know here.
