Wireless USB hubs (DWAs) are not supported but you should be able to get
them to connect.

Try adding a quirk for the HWA in drivers/uwb/hwa-rc.c.

I'd also suggest turning on more debug messages for the uwb, wusbcore,
hwa-rc and hwa-hcd modules. See Documentation/dynamic-debug-howto.txt
