I've been unable to get this hub to function reliably. Rather than
try to troubleshoot this inexpensive piece of hardware further, I'd
rather just buy something new. Can anyone suggest a USB hub that is
reliable and widely compatible? I need something that is USB 2.0,
externally powered, and has at least 4 ports.

Thanks for your help.
