Add OTG device definition and resources to i.MX31 and a pure USB device mode
support to the pcm037 board.

The "v3" notation was lost from the previous post, which was indeed 
exactly the v3, with just the complete GNU-style patch.

This version moves OTG device to devices.c. I just briefly looked, i.MX2x 
seem to have a very similar USB controller set, so, maybe this driver 
would work for them too?
