In the case of the monitor hub, you have 3 USB devices attached whose drivers don't support autosuspend. That hub will never auto-suspend because the devices below it in the tree are still active. That doesn't matter much because we haven't found many hubs that break when auto-suspended. I'm not sure why the fingerprint reader doesn't autosuspend. Do you have it set up to scan your print for things like lib-pam-ssh? Or were you using it with a program like thinkfinger?
