Most of this is already present in Greg's tree: http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/gregkh/gregkh-2.6/gregkh-03-driver-core/fix-misspellings-in-pm.h-macros.patch (However I didn't catch the OTG part.) I guess it was never made clear that this needed to be pushed to Linus because it fixed problems in the mainline kernel. Sorry about the mixup.
