There were companies from China that offered motherboards with ISA slots when I looked into this five or so years ago. I don't know what the situation is like now. Searching ebay.com, or aliexpress.com is probably your best bet. I have no clue what the quality of these products is like compared to the actual stuff from over 20 years ago.
