You have a choice. Currently, there's only Ubuntu and two Suse variants, but they've promissed to expand their offerings. I'm currently running Ubuntu in a recently installed Windows 10 on a 2014 era Mac Airbook BootCamp partition. Biggest disappointment so far is no audio support--it's simply not wired in.
