smooth upgrade to kernel 2.6.37 with speakup on arch

Yeah, with Arch and its rolling updates, it is harder to keep the
system up for as long as some people claim given the frequency of
kernel updates. But that's a small price to pay to have a current
system.  I wonder how many other non Arch users are using a 2.6.37 kernel
today.
