espeakup vs speechd-up and speech dispatcher

Bill, you might be interested in the speakup connector for IBMTTS. You 
can get the source code for the connector for IBMTTS from the ttsynth 
website http://ttsynth.com. It works fine with voxin even though its on 
the ttsynth website.
