Does anyone have any experience using speak with centos? If not, what is involved in adding speakup into the centos kernel? I know that centos is the open source version of RedHat enterprise Linux, so I thought there may be someone who has done this on the list. I am interested in going to centos because I am finding it hard, with time constraints, to keep up with the latest version(s) of fedora. Thoughts and opinions welcome.
