Emacspeak, yasr, or jupiter might work in theory, but don't know if they actually would in practice, though they should. If neither of those work for you, then there's always ssh, which of course does nicely with speakup, and jaws, though requires a second pc if you want to ssh into the colinux machine while using speakup to do so.
