espeakup Debian boot order

Hello,

A QA bug made me realize that in Debian espeakup is started relatively
late, not in S at least. Could someone check that starting it as
rcS.d/S46espeakup (i.e. after /usr possibly gets nfs-mounted) works?

Samuel
